I brought my cx-90 in for its first service. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Service was quick and I was updated and was sent a video of what was done.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text from Manny (the awesome salesperson who helped me with my purchase) just saying hello. I don’t even know how he knew I had a service appt. Manny is always on top of things.
He offered me coffee and snacks while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. ( and again he’s in sales)
