I flew from Oregon to purchase an 05 Lexus GX from Givi Auto having never seen the vehicle in person. They held the vehicle for me (with small deposit) and accepted a cashiers check in full when I arrived (no tax in Oregon). I drove it off the lot and over a thousand miles from Riverside to Portland without a single issue. I’ve had the car for 5 months now without incident. Definitely recommend a used car from this dealership. Fast easy and safe.

I've had a great experience working with Ramin of Givi Auto Sales. I'm located in Arizona and originally inquired about a 4Runner in their inventory and Ramin was very responsive to all of my requests. He provided service records, photos, and even a detailed walk around video to ensure that my trip out for this vehicle wasn't a waste of time.

There was no haggling on my cash offer and signing over all the paperwork was the easiest and fastest dealership experience I've ever had.

He has provided me several resources for upgrading my 4Runner which is appreciated.

7 hours and nearly 400 miles later. I've arrived home with a 2009 4Runner and it felt great the whole way. I definitely be referring everyone I know over to Ramin for their SUV needs.

Very straight forward process with no haggling and pressure to purchase unwanted addons like I've experienced at other dealerships. Ramin was very helpful and was able to handle my paperwork very efficiently and helped me through the entire process even though he was constantly busy handling calls from other customers. He even gave me a free three month warranty for my vehicle which is much appreciated! The area the dealership is located at is also very ideal for test drives with it being in a quiet area with little traffic and a long stretch of road with plenty of room to maneuver. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle for a reasonable price and with peace of mind that you won't be paying any more than is necessary, Givi Auto Sales is the spot!

Hello, thank you for the prompt reply, I appreciate the effort on replying. But I cannot say the same for the lack of sympathy for a customer who showed consistent effort in making an attempt to show I am a potential buyer. I take accountability that when I replied to the automated message, it was not delivered so I apologize on my behalf.

On that note, why would you let complete strangers take your cars for extended hours to a mechanic and have them perform an "inspection" on a vehicle that is not theirs which opens up to the possibility of them making adjustments to the car or do something to the vehicle, when there's something called "Mobile Mechanics" that can inspect the car on site? I took the time and effort to make arrangements but not once were you accountable for missing a potential client, one who appeared on site within the promised timeframe, with a mobile mechanic to inspect the car on site to potentially buy the car.

The business practice of showing no sympathy tells me the owner lacks a "get to know customer" attitude without no follow up to make an attempt to make the deal work. Please reconsider your business practices to be able to show the same commitment and effort that some of your customers have given you.

Actual Review: I emailed and sent interest in regards to a 08 4runner that showed extreme potential that I probably would've picked up if my mechanics that I paid to come out from San Gabriel Valley and drive down to Irvine just to inspect the car. We got there at the specified day/time of 2-3pm today and we were greeted by....NO ONE. Apparently the story was that they had another custome take the car for the next 6 hours to get the car inspected. What kind of dealer allows a customer to take the car to a shop to get inspected for an extended period of hours just to add on additional mileage on the car? The guy stated over the phone also said that they would be back at 5pm but would close right afterwards....even when I countered that it says "you're open till 6pm." I wasn't gonna waste any more of my time and my mobile mechanics time just to be disrespected after we all drove out to maintain some form of a professional relationship. I can honestly say, this was the WORST experience ever with just LOOKING at a car. Other people may have had a better experience, but for me, my mother in law and my two mobile mechanics to come out to a "dealership" in which we showed heavy interest in the car just to not be welcomed was just a negative experience I would HELLA avoid, especially this location
