We bought this Murphy Bed and desk combination from Costco about 4 years ago for $2200. It’s been used no more than 12 times. There are NO broken pieces, NO missing hardware and only very minor marks on desk top. Non-Smoking home. Easily opens up to a queen size bed and closes back for a work space. I’d be happy to answer any questions? It will need to be disassembled for moving and I am willing to help move and deliver local. Dimensions are in photos. Clean, lightly used Sealy mattress included. Original assembly instructions included.
