Have this set in a smoke /pet free home , lightly used , not perfect but in excellent condition ! All cushions and pillows are zippered and washable. NO STAINS OR RIPS. I could sell the couches only or just the tables . Im in the process of putting new floors and paint as you can see in the photos , it will make it easier to work and will upgrade at same time.
