From my father's toolbox, this is a pair of Vintage (likely 1970s-'80s) Husky 5472 U.S.A.-Made Vise-Grip style Locking Pliers. All Steel construction, some patina overall, and small areas of surface rust underneath the spring. No damage, just patina from use. This is a very substantial and well-made tool, and it works perfectly. Stamped "5472 HUSKY U.S.A." on the top jaw body. A wonderful vintage tool for a low price! Local (Cincinnati-area) pickup only.
