This is a fixer upper, I’ve lived in it the past 2 years, there are some things that need to be done. The back wall needs to be repaired or even redone. I have already redone half the flooring all the way from the frame to adding tiles, ONLY HALF OF IT WAS DONE. The other half is original and in good condition. I removed the door from the bedroom so it is open. The camper lights on the roof need to be replaced. They no longer work. Fairly easy to do. The awning works perfect. This is a toy hauler, it has a back door that opens and holds a 4 wheeler, or motorcycles. It has hooks in the toy hauler to strap down anything in the back. $10,000 OBO
