5+ stars.  “Jax” was my first contact- I sent a message after-hours with questions from a CarFax listing- got a quick response(not Ai bs)from Jax with intelligent & concise info that answered my questions. I made an appointment, took a test drive, never pressured or pushed. The manager got me an amazing interest rate on a used car. Busy store(lots! of smart inventory, priced right), but my deal was always in process- from start to finish, it couldn’t have been more than 2 hours including the test drive. Unlike other dealers, all the salespeople seem to work as a team. I’m really frggn old, I’ve bought over 2 dozen new & used cars, this is probably my favorite purchase. Highly recommended.

Ian did a helluva job in not wasting my time looking at trucks I didn't want. Left the lot in the Titan, went for a drive, talked about stuff after he answered all my questions about the truck. We got back to lot and wrote it up. Took delivery of the truck within a couple of hours.

I had a genuinely great experience at Used Car Factory. After visiting about five other dealerships and feeling like something was always a bit off, this place was a breath of fresh air.

At other dealerships, I kept running into surprise fees and “mandatory” add-ons that weren’t disclosed upfront. It felt shady. Used Car Factory didn’t play those games. Everything was straightforward and transparent from the start.

Adam helped me through the whole process and he was excellent. Professional, patient, and genuinely trustworthy. He took the time to show me around, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. The test drive process was smooth, and they were supportive about making sure the car was actually in good condition.

I also spoke with the manager, who was just as welcoming and reasonable. Both of them made the experience feel easy and honest, which is rare in car buying.

I really appreciate their time, effort, and professionalism. If you’re tired of hidden fees and dealership tactics, I’d absolutely recommend Used Car Factory and ask for Adam.

Great place, great prices, great people! My wife and I recently bought our new Toyota Tacoma here and the entire experience was great. We worked with Liam, who was incredibly kind and helpful, from the initial call to learn more about the truck, up to the point that we bought it. I have bought several cars throughout the years, one from a dealership in Cali, and another from Carmax in Vegas, and I have to say my experience with this dealership as well as the people, has been my favorite of the 3. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vehicle, for a great price!
