I was searching for a used car on CarGurus and saw that Million Miles had a lot of cars coming in for sale, alongside another Dealer. My wife and I needed a car ASAP, and Million Miles was selling pretty good used cars like it were the end of the world. So I knew they would have something worth looking at and purchasing. I like the fact that they are transparent with their cars, because CarFax reports are free and available via their website.

When we first arrived at the Marietta location, Kevin did not hesitate to professionally greet us and assist us with what we were looking for (presentation goes a long way if you know what I mean). The vehicle we were interested in was already sold (Disappeared like a ghost) (2010 Honda Accord, Burgundy in perfect condition according to Carfax). Usually, it can take 24 to 72 hours for them to delete sold cars from their Website. Despite that, Kevin located a 2008 Honda CR-V and a 2011 Honda Accord SE White with 148,300 miles and at their Lawrenceville location, which was in good condition for its year, with very minor damage do to and accident.

So Kevin connected us with the sales manager, Amir, in Lawrenceville, who helped us with the White 2011 Honda Accord SE. After we took a test drive, he made sure that the Sideview Mirror and the Window Control Panel were fixed before we drove off the lot the next day. Overall, their staff are very nice and helpful, they just need a little grace due to how busy they are with serving their customers each day.

After picking up the vehicle, I made sure to see Kevin at the Marietta Location again to show my appreciation for his recommendation to visit the Lawrenceville Location, and he was truly happy that I did. He even went the extra mile to make sure my tag was fixed properly on the car and that I had everything I needed.

Jalen was a great salesmen. I explained up front what I needed, what my ultimate goal was and he helped me meet the need. When he was unavailable, Sophie and Kaylen stepped in with an assist.  My only suggestion is that the establishment implement a Customer Service team, to specifically handle customer service concerns throughout the process of purchase.  Be more responsive to calls and emails. Otherwise, I am satisfied so far. Thanks again Jaylen, Sophie and Kaylen.

Hands down, working with Jalen was an amazing professional experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable, knows his job and understands all customers and meet them where they are. If I could give 0 stars I would, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I saw this 08 tacoma, VIN 5TETU62N08Z569441. Was priced good, but when I went to go look at it person it was completely RUSTED thru on the frame. It was painted over to cover it up. There were literal HOLES in the frame, not to mention I was tapping it with my finger and my finger went thru the frame. Crumbling as I touched it. Other cars in the lot seemed about the same!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I never review anything but the fact a dealer will put this out here and claim it’s a good vehicle is insane. People’s safety at risk…. I asked the guy that was showing me the vehicle if they have mechanics and he said “they probably saw it and put it out here anyways”, implying that they do this a lot. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience buying my used car at this dealership. The staff was very friendly and honest throughout the entire process. They provided clear information about the vehicle and its history, and allowed me to take my time inspecting it before making a decision. The car is in great condition and the price was fair.
