This family-owned dealership is awesome! The process to buy a car was very easy with the help of Jorge. I felt welcomed at this dealership and that is a must when buying a new car. This dealership has a ton of options and they will help you throughout the whole process. Jorge and Stephan are very honest and trustworthy. We were going to buy a car and went step by step as to what we were told to do (by the dealer)as we are out of state. The price was agreed upon, transport arranged, and financing started. Due to the weekend we couldn't get get the money from the bank until Monday morning and the dealer knew that. On Saturday we noticed the car was not online and then found out they sold the car out from under us. What a horrible thing to do to a customer, just bad business!!

George the Co-owner is a great guy! 0 pressure, allowed us to look around his lot and come in if we had any questions. We ended up buying and George was so patient and explained every single charge to us and even gave tips for future purchases. No unexpected fees and no pressure to add on extra warranty (did anyways for the peace of mind). Highly recommend Shogun Auto Center! George will take great care of you!!

Jorge is the most transparent, honest, and forthright individual I have ever worked with.  We found a vehicle that was a perfect fit for my daughter and drove to Hanford to check it out.   I was a little leary to go to some random small dealer, but after I spoke with him over the phone, he put me right at ease.  He took his time on the phone to make sure I had all of my questions answered, and even explained how to predict terms, payment, etc., before ever running a credit check.  He made us feel like people and not just a sale to be had.
When we got to the actual dealership, he wasn't pushy or grimey like some salesman. He presented himself well; as a regular guy, a father, a husband, and a business owner.  Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly transparent.  From every figure and fee, to the best options for lending and even tips on future ways to save.   In the end, he even went out of his way to ensure that we had terms and a payment we could live with and helped us to eliminate all the "what-ifs."  Bottom line, I was so impressed by the whole experience that I will, without a doubt, be using him in the future for any vehicle purchase.   He is able to find a desired vehicle and work out a deal that works for you, and not just benefits the salesman.  I don't think I've ever been more confident about a vehicle purchase in my life.

Won't go again, car was a lemon. Engine problems not even 2 weeks after purchase, car was in the shop till new years. Just last month, another engine leak with coolant seeping into the engine, totally undrivable. The car has been in shops for diagnostics more than the car has been driven. Now out a car, 4900 in debt, likely can't trade the car in for another and hired a lawyer.
