Description
Hello, I am selling my 2013 Ford E350 Camper Van with 116,000 miles. This van has taken my family to many national parks, beaches, as well as to Los Cabos in Baja. We used to use it every vacation, but my daughters outgrow their beds and we do not use it as much anymore. It is the extended length extended height (largest size) passenger van model with the 5.4-liter V8 engine. It was built into a camper van by a professional craftsman. He did a nice job building it out. We designed it for a family of 4 but, is being used by a couple recently. (We removed the second-row seats for extra space inside) So, it can be used for families, (just add the second-row seats that are included in the sale), or keep it for a couple the way we use it today. The interior is very solid and well insulated with a wood floor and storage cabinets. The interior has a retractable Queen size Bed, Refrigerator (That can be used as a freezer), a kitchen with sink and a portable stove. This van is in excellent mechanical condition, free of any damage and has a free and clear California title and the registration is current and paid all the way through November 2024. It was serviced less than 300 miles ago. The van has new: 4 Monroe Shocks & Struts Gas-Magnum High performance, washable K&N air filter K&N Premium Oil Filter Castrol Edge High Mileage 5W-30 Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil Purolator F65277 Fuel Filter It also has 2 new Cooper Tires. It’s ready for adventure and needs nothing! Some of the build features include: 1) A very nice quality electrical system. It has a battery bank of Two VMAX XTR4D-200 4D 12V 200ah AGM SLA Xtreme Marine Battery. The batteries can be charged by the vehicle’s engine or by any 110v outlet. I have never run out of juice in this van. I normally use the interior lights on. The roof vent fan and refrigerator can run continuously, no problem. There are interior lights on a dimmer switch and multiple USB and standard AC power outlets. 2) A nice Costway brand, 12V refrigerator/Freezer, 63-Quart -0.4°F to 50°F, Adjustable Temperature with LCD Display. 3) There is a Ruvati 15 x 20 inch Workstation Sink, 16 Gauge Stainless Steel sink with a Foldable Faucet, and under sink foot pedal pump with a 7 gallon storage tank and 7 gallon grey water tank. 4) Maxxair roof vent fan 5) Front passenger seat will swivel 180 degrees to face the interior. 6) ARB Retractable Awning 2500x2500mm 7) A trailer hitch with electrical connector. This will allow you to pull a trailer or mount a bike rack. The van has a Suburban Furnace with electronic ignition, vent assembly and wall Thermostat, we did not finish the project of adding the gas tank, because we do not camp under freezing conditions. Some items I’ll be including with the van are: 1) Portable Toilet 2) Portable stove 3) BESTEK 300Watt Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 4) Window covers and Windshield Cover 5) Tire chains 6) 2 Extra passenger chairs Thanks for looking
