Gibson Les Paul Special DC - CME - Fralin

This is a 2019 Chicago Music Exchange Exclusive Les Paul Special Double Cutaway. Only made for 2 years in 2019 and 2020. This one has had some upgrades. It has Fralin noiseless P-90s complete with Fralin wiring harness. These pick ups are extremely quiet and dont hum like traditional p90’s. The tuners were changed to the more historically accurate Kluson Supreme tuners. The bridge is a Mojoaxe compensated bridge along with Faber USA locking studs. The pickguard was changed out to black from tortoise shell. I do not have the original parts but believe these are all upgrades that improve the guitar’s performance. Approximately 600 dollars in parts. The guitar plays and sounds as it should and has been set up for a standard 10-46. The previous owner touched up some of the spots where the finish had worn a bit with color tone touch-up paint from Stewmac. These guitars were designed to age nicely and a bit faster than your typical gloss finish.
