Description
186,000 miles AWD Manual Transmission $1150 *Needs Wheel Bearing* The car runs and normally drives good, normal wear a tear for it's miles. The only big mechanical issue is the rear passenger wheel bearing, which started locking up a few weeks ago. The bearing has progressed to the point that you can likely drive the car home, but I wouldn't recomend driving it much more until it's fixed. I'm a traveler, with my dog, I bought this car in January, for $2000, when my last trucks transmission went out. It's a little small for sleeping a 6'2" guy and his dog, so I bought it knowing it would be temporary car. I bought it in Colorado, then drove to Arizona, then over to Texas, then I was traveling back to Colorado when the wheel bearing started going out here in Albuquerque. Instead of fixing it, I upgraded to a chevy trailblazer. The car still drives, but I would not recommend driving it much until the bearing is fixed. I did get the car diagnosed to confirm it is the wheel bearing, the mechanic said, best case, the repairs are $650. Or, if it's rusted and needs more time, then the worst case repairs are $850. I've taken the worst case cost of the repairs off the price of the vehicle. $1150 *The car has had the seats removed and it was converted into a sleeper. Its also equiped with an alarm and would work GREAT as a secure tool hauler/work car. Serious inquiries only, please.
