I purchased the trailer new around 2019 for $8,000 (never used once since I purchased it) Has a lot of electrical work, electronic outlets, solar panels, ready to add your choice of batteries, two large inverters that can output 10kw of power, enough to power a home if you add more solar panels. Plug and play if you want more solar panels added. We internally wired with outlets and externally wired with 240v and 120v outlets. full-size super efficient AC heat pump mini-split. There is a 60-inch TV for entertainment and a desk for work space. 30-gallon water storage tank and small sink with included water heater. Fits a queen size bed inside, insulated with R13 all around - even the ground. Has breaker panel with extra area to add extra ground mount solar. Priced to sell quickly. Put $20,000 into this build but moved and priorities changed. Sun Mar composting toilet not included but willing to sell, they are ~ $1,500 alone.
