Worst experience ever!!! The guys are nice, but that's about it. Most sales men are as they want your money and buisness We bought a 2011 f250. We also bought the warranty.  2 days after we bought it, the heater stopped as well as the AC and defrost. Check engine light came on and it started making an awful noise! We notified them immediately and they referred us to their mechanic.  We sent the truck to their mechanic  3x (an hour away from us) This included days off of work. It's been over a month and NOTHING has been done besides minimal repairs such as the windshield wiper tubing (for the cleaning fluid) and fuse.

Our AC and heater don't blow at all. No defrost.  The warranty is beginning to prove incredibly useless. We purchased the vehicle for  about  25k and literally feel like we flushed the money.

The mechanic they use had about 400 vehicles scattered. Weve gotten no clear answers and have been without our vehicle for a total of 10 days. I'm heartbroken.  I seriously wish I would have checked the better buisness reviews before signing the contract.  I also ALMOST recommended them to the owner of our company for a new fleet of company cars. Fat chance now.

Go somewhere else, if I could give 0 stars I would. Especially if you are buying out of state. No honesty or integrity. I exclusively dealt with Dan/Daniel over the phone. I was interested in a single owner 4runner (usually a bulletproof vehicle) they listed which had a clean carfax in "Excellent Condition." He assured me everything was functional and working over the phone and was quick to urge me into leaving a deposit. He said there were no major problems. After everything closed out I had the car delivered to San Diego to immediately find out the AC isn't working, the moonroof had been GLUED shut, and the carpets were spray painted! The car was delivered in a rainstorm and the roof was leaking leaving drips everywhere. I immediately called JD auto for Dan to claim that the moonroof/ac were working when it left and directly quoting him "It is what is...."

Reading through their reviews there was one review regarding this exact vehicle and its problems. What are the chances of that? Luckily for me, through the power of the internet, I was able to get ahold of the previous owners. They were more than happy to provide a statement illustrating that they had sealed the moonroof due to a leak and the AC had failed. Instead of fixing the issues they opted to just sell the vehicle.

JD auto didn't do anything to fix the issues and just took some good photos and passed the problem on to me. This is hands down gross misrepresentation of a product to make a sale. My total quote to fix the issues amount to $5,800.

I've been trying to rectify the situation and come to an amicable conclusion but my calls are being ignored. Nor have any of messages or requests to speak to the owner been answered.

I hate getting cheated. 10/10 for the shady used car dealership experience.

I bought a 2016 Dodge Cummins from them yesterday. Was good speaking with Marcus and Dan traded my current truck in for the Dodge but about 3miles from the Lot Check Engine light came on. Instead of just screwing me because of it being as is they told me to bring it back. Kept the vehicle with them and there going to have a shop fix the issue free of charge. Couldn't have more respect for them and recommend there dealership if they follow through with what they told me will post update here.

Our salesman Marcus was patient, kind, and did a great job with our paperwork.  He was attentive without being pushy, and he did his best to make our car-buying experience as easy as possible.

On the other hand, I give ZERO stars to the person responsible for the detailing.  It was literally the worst detailing job I've ever seen, including the time when I bought at a salvage auction.

The windshield was covered in streaks,  inside and out.  The interior had some kind of sticky/slimy substance spread over the armrests.
There were spots all over the entire dash and console, like someone sprayed something on it but didn't bother to wipe it off.  I'm assuming they wiped something, though, because they left a dirty rag sitting on the passenger seat.  I found the engine compartment in the same condition: some kind of sticky, slippery spray was applied haphazardly over the non-metal parts of the engine.

I don't know what the car looked like before the detailing, but it couldn't have been worse than this.

I did bring this to Dan's attention, but all he did was laugh, mumble something, and leave.  At the very least, he should have offered to have someone go out and wipe down the windshield for safety.  What I would truly have appreciated would have been a credit towards a detailing service.

I give this business 4 stars overall because of our experience with Marcus.  (One star subtracted for Dan and the terrible detailing experience.)

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Marcus failed to follow up with us a few days after the sale like he promised.  I probably shouldn't be surprised, since car salesmen are notorious for being concerned only for the sale.  Though I'm disappointed, I still give him high marks for the rest of the transaction

Liars and cheats- do not buy from them.  They claimed that the vehicle I bought was 'like new.'  We looked under the hood, did a test drive, vehicle looked, sounded and ran just fine.  It was only after we had had it for a couple of weeks that all the problems came to the surface- you name it, it needed to be fixed: transmission, brakes, fluid reservoirs, hoses, electrical.  And with no recourse.  And this was with a clean CarFax, too.  I don't know how they pulled this scam, but I know next time not to buy from them.
