2000 Forest River F37

2000 Forest River 37ft 5th wheel toy hauler. Garage space is 11ftx7ft8”, large separated living space from garage with folding couch and dinette on a slide out, large kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets. Microwave, stove/oven, and fridge/freezer all work great. 2 8 gallon propane tanks, generac 5500 built in generator that is having some issues has trouble starting but when it fires up wont die unless turns off. Queen bed in separate bedroom up forward, toilet and shower, 2 closets and plenty of drawers, under the bed storage space. Has good amount of storage outside also. Trailer is in great shape inside no soft spots, no leaks, roof is solid also, single ac unit that cools wonderfully and heater works also. Does have some damage outside where siding opened up while towing but I fixed it with trailer tape not the prettiest but it holds good and havent had any issues of leaks through that. Any questions just ask im happy to answer. $12,000 obo selling because I just dont have time to use it and want to end up with a bigger trailer soon. Trailer does have a slide out patio thing under it at the door also. 2 brand new 14 ply tires in front and not new but still good 14 ply tires in rear with 10 ply spare.
