This apricot faux velvet original 60s sectional sofa is a dream--I have loved it very dearly since the moment I brought it and am only selling it because I am moving overseas. It has some damage from my cat, so it's priced low for someone who wants to fix it up and give it a loving home. Or, you can hide scratched parts like I do. Total length assembled is 13 ft 7 inches, the middle section is 78 " L x 30" W x 31 " H and can be used Freestanding. The 2 side sections are the same size, 44" L x 30" W x 41" H and can be used together to form a couch or used Freestanding. You will need a dolly and depending on your physical ability, a helper to move them into the elevator Theres a ramp close parking, no stairs. Ill help to the best of my ability and give a great deal to somebody who'll love this amazing one of a kind sofa as much as I did.
