It’s in great condition. No rips no tears no smells no smoke. There is some wear over the 3 yrs it’s been around but still has lots of life left. Chaise can be switched to left or right side. Retails for $1,100. Selling here for $450 obo Sofa has 5 back cushions and the cushions covers are removable for easy washing. All covers can be taken off for easy washing. It’s very convenient.
