We have taken excellent care of this RV. We just installed a brand new AC Unit ($2,200 cost). The interiors are treated and cleaned frequently and they look amazing. We have cleaned and done preventive maintenance and new Roof Coating 3 times to protect it from the AZ weather. We have kept it covered when not in use. We are confident to say that you won’t find any other RV that has been taken care of so well. In addition, we got the option when we bought it to raise the RV 8” for higher clearance ($2,000 cost).
