I bought this for my son like a year ago but he never used it so ended up just getting him a regular bed as now he’s 6. I paid like $900 for the fort set up and $100 for the twin mattress. Mattress has never been slept on, my 4 year old daughter has played on it though but that’s why I would say excellent condition to like new. It has stairs with drawers, all the parts for the fort (the fabric that comes down where the queen bed is so it’s fully enclosed on the bottom as well. The queen bed is not part of this set. I’m in for over 1k on this but my wife is redoing my daughter’s room so we can try to get her to sleep In it so I’m selling super cheap for quick sale.
