Rental staff are nice. Sales folks are friendly. That's why they get 2 stars. Everything else is not worth it. I've purchased all but one of my vehicles here and I will not be back.

The atmosphere in the toyota center is quite nice. Just park your car in the service line and leave the keys on the seat. Wait to be seen inside so they can ask some questions and then leave or stay like I do in the waiting area. Water is available and can be offered a free coffee from the coffee stand inside. Bathrooms available around the corner and are decent. Waits never been as long as they say it will be and there is free wifi for the wait.

West hills rental kaitlin is on point and there cool service guy is also on point.

Unfornatly, we did not get a deal done because of no cars. What that tells me is that they are good and effiecent at there job. Not what do you mean you dont have something never crossed my mind.

Jessamyn was great to work with and saved me alot of time and energy.  Highly recommend her . Don't waist your time with anyone else. She was able to compete with othe car buyers like carvana and it's always nice to deal with local businesses.

Had my Kia stolen and destroyed, went here to buy a car. Purchased a vehicle and add ons. Have been calling and leaving messages for finance to call me back so I can cancel these add ons. Called 3 days, left two messages with the receptionist and still no return call. Not happy with the customer service.
