I bought a Ford Flex here, after everything was a little over 16 grand. Had the vehicle less than six months and then had to spend over 12000 to get it fixed! Over 10000 to the mechanic and about 2000 to rent a car for 2 months. Car had probs with timing 2 days after buying, then it messed up both turbos causing oil to seep into the exhaust, so bad to were it was leaking out onto the ground everywhere, major fire hazard as well. The car was next to never maintained the mechanic told me, almost no oil changes were ever done. There was so much debris in the engine that it took a huge amount of oil to flush out, had to pull the whole motor out to do everything! And the warranty they offer didn't even cover half! That's just an idea of what you will get yourself into if you buy a vehicle from here, there are better places out there. That's my experience and I hope it helps. Btw the warranty only covered $4700, not even half.

They never scheduled appointments, that's bs. I've made it to any and all appointments with them. And they DO NOT do loaners they told me, they even told me that when I purchased the vehicle! And I got quotes from 3 different well known mechanics, all within the same price range to fix the vehicle, well 1 was about $650 cheaper but we didn't know if they would take our warranty. When I look back in the reviews it seems like they like to argue and make people look bad for a bad review. The pictures speak for themselves.

I bout a mini cooper from here 6 months ago. Within 2 weeks it had to go into the shop for a  a bunch of work cost me $1200 a week later I took it back to curbside for an oil leak that they very kindly fixed at no charge. A week later the car was still leaking oil. So they replaced where they thought it was leaking I got the car back it still was leaking oil from the spot I had brought it in to get fixed they replaced a complete different seal. A month or so goes by and now the water pump has failed parts were broken. I took it to different shop to have it repaired. Now the car has had a check engine light and is not running properly so it is now back in the shop yet again. The car has been in the shop almost once a month. My experience with the staff was great other than the way the salesmen had spoke to my wife in the beginning asking us to remove our negative reviews. I will no longer do business here and do not recommend to anyone. I have done nothing but dump thousands of dollars into this car that I’m already paying $7000 dollars for plus the interest. It sucks because I loved the car so much but they are selling lemons.

This was the most easy and positive experience I’ve ever had purchasing from a dealer. I went in with a set budget. They were respectful and didn’t push to upsell me or to make a decision in a rush. Thank you  for making this a pleasurable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for a truck next time!!!

I take back my good review! First they sold us a Jeep Cherokee that was a total lemon could not even make it up a hill! Then we take it back the next day and fortunately we were able to get a truck. Thanks to the finance team and their hard work! We haven’t had it for more than 2 weeks and the heater goes out! I am so disappointed. The sales person told us to bring it in but it’s hard due to our work schedules, I reached out to Ray and explained that and got an unprofessional response and because I told him maybe I should just deal with the manager. I was told I sounded threatening and was reminded how they bent over backwards for us to get the loan! That is very unprofessional to snap at me and tell me how they bent over backwards to get us the loan! How can I be threatening, I’m a 5’0 female who sent a text with no bad language what so ever! Like I already don’t know what they did for us and that is why I was very thankful to the finance team!! The finance team is amazing! I guess the salesperson did not really mean it when he said reach out to me if you need ANYTHING else!!

My experience was almost easier than Carvana. They have so many vehicles for insanely low prices.

In search of a Commuter Car, we happened upon Curbside Motor’s 2007 Infinity G35 (only 90,000K for a 17 year old vehicle!) nearly a week ago in nearly pristine condition and were sure it would have sold by this week, but she was still there and is now in my driveway thanks to Janet and the team there. Zero pressure and even less hassle with some great human beings providing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. You guys made hybrid work bearable in the best way with that factory Bose that will be tickling my eardrums all the way to work.
