Dimensions: H 48’’ W 55” L 72” Rubbermaid Storage Shed with Floor Kit IN USED CONDITION, see pictures, all sections complete, has regular wear and tear, the roof has a little separation that can easily be sealed in the corner and a small part in the front, last two pictures show this, no leaks since its on the top layer. Home depot said a bit of seal and coat roof paint will help but we’re selling as is. The walls are in great condition. Overall needs a bit of cleaning or painting as well to appear like new. Located near US1 and SW 152st Palmetto Bay if interested. Comes disassembled and ready for pick up. Retails for over $300!
