I had a wonderful experience at Jacob’s! I don’t like dealerships and I found them on Facebook - like most places I thought the reality would be very different from the ads and reviews. However, that was not the case. The staff was friendly and understanding, they had a great selection of cars with multiple options to choose from and most importantly it was a very comfortable experience. Richard helped me find the best option that fit my needs and budget. He was friendly, patient, kind and very understanding of exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t feel uncomfortable about my budget or anything. He worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for! Jean and John were great aswell and the overall experience was awesome! I definitely recommend this dealership, they’re not just trying to stick you with an expensive car to make a commission, they’re actually trying to help you find what you want. Super happy with my car!

Wanna make several trips to the DMV? Do you like taking time out of your busy day to hang out up there listening to B-25? anxiously waiting for number to come up? Only to leave head hung low or red-faced anger taking over your good nature because JACOBS PRE OWNED didn't do their job and you, your gonna be driving home with an expired tag again.
I've been waiting on mine for over to months. Lawyers wont help. I called, their not interested in a case. I told them im going to bring it back but then what? I just really dont have time or energy for all of this. Car shopping is not my favorite  activity.  I'll be filing a complaint with whomever Google guides me after writing this.  And I'm writing this to warn others, because it's been extremely frustrating and I'm sick and tired of the lies.
