They sell lemons and then tell you to deal with it. Bought a car and their best offered warranty, within 3 days the oil pump wasn't working, 2 weeks later warranty denied the claim, leaving me with a thousand dollar repair bill. Now, barely a week later and the mechanic has discovered excessive metal shavings in the oil pan, meaning worse problems. They are conmen and frauds. Do not trust them, they just want your money.

**UPDATE**
Not only was the oil pump housing broken, the oil wouldn't regulate, so the pump needed to be replaced ($2000), and the timing belt housing is cracked, another $2500 down the drain.

You are probably here because you saw a really good deal on paper, clean title and moderately low miles on a good price. I went like that too. Some of the reviews here arent good, but I thought I would take my shot and see. How bad could it be?

The moment I took the car for a test drive, the car shook so violently, if felt like the car would explode. I have never felt so frightened in a car. If you are going there, be sure to check thoroughly.

Had a great experience at Easy Car. I’m extremely satisfied with my Honda Civic, and the team there was amazing about helping me find something that actually fit my budget. The customer service was honestly top-tier — super professional, super patient, and the salesman I worked with let me test drive as many cars as I needed until I found the one I really wanted. If you want full transparency when you call in be specific and be sure to ask what the exact fee is for each or you will be surprised when you get Buyer Order/Purchase contract. Add Documentation fee $599 + Registration fee $350 + Title fee $350 + Postage fee $75 totaling $1,374.00 (in other fees) to their advertised price + tax to get the true OTD (out the door) price before making the drive down. We picked 5 cars on their lot of interest only one made the test drive. Photos do not match the advertisement and actual mileage may be higher than initially advertised.

Worst call buying experience ever. I had an 2014 dodge journey that didn’t last more than 3 months. I’m stuck paying a car note because it have a loan on the car. I gave the car back to the loan company last month which was October 8th. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. They didn’t answer or return any of my calls. I even texted and sent emails, still nothing. I’m very upset and out of a car and money. I wish I’ve listened to my first mind. These people are scammers and sell lemons. I was told if I had any other problems with the car I could always call them and bring it back but that wasn’t the case. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.
