Purchased from the local Jeromes furniture store recently. Didn't fit my living room as nice as we wanted... ONLY REASON FOR QUICK SALE ! 70 long 40 wide seating height is 19 inches Great piece for limited spaces, a retreat, master bedroom, or personal library/office. The Plastic Protective Delivery Plastic Wrap I removed off the sofa is in the storage compartment as pictured that we just removed.
