I'm selling my Ashley Furniture Lowell Reclining Sofa and Recliner in Chocolate Brown—and it’s in excellent condition! This sofa has been well taken care of in a non-smoking, pet-free home. These are quality made pieces from Ashley Furniture—durable and super comfy. Selling it only because I'm updating my space. No rips, tears, or stains – structurally and cosmetically in great shape. Smooth reclining function on both ends. There is some light fading on one headrest and armrest (right side) on the sofa, just from regular use—only visible up close. Pickup only (I can help load!)
