The wheels are 26” and the seat is adjustable to fit any person. There’s air in the tires and ready to ride. There is still lots of thread on the wheels so there’s plenty of life on the bike. Black is outlook diamond which has multiple speeds. 24” wheels and still has plenty of threading. Frame type is aluminum steel alloy metal. Sturdy strong and lightweight.
