2019 Forest River Cherokee 294BH Travel Trailer The trailer is still under warranty through dealer in Lake Elsinore until Jan.3rd 2026!!! Have detailed records of original purchase and meticulous maintenance repair records from original owner (who I bought from in March of this year). Title in hand. See photos of model description and specs. The trailer is in near new condition...very little wear and tear...original owner barely used it and I've lived lightly in it for the past few months. He recently had warranty repairs made (new couch, new toilet, new kitchen sink, etc...have receipts). Warranty agreement in hand as well with service dept manager name for great support! Smells in a trailer are a BIG deal for me...I have a sensitive nose...this trailer smells GREAT! Everything works... everything you need with some bonus items: - including $600 e2 equalizer stabilizer bars & hitch for safe towing! - Like new $800 full trailer cover - Rear camera with in cab monitor - Roku TV adapter - Coffee maker - Toaster - Decorations, designer pillows and master bed pillows/fitted bedspread shown in photos all included! Currently located at Champagne Lakes RV park located off the 15 near the 76 for easy freeway access. The trailer sits on an incredible space location on the water of one of three a fishing lakes in the park. I love to watch the ducks, herons etc play while relaxing under the mature shade trees all while enjoying the cool breezes that funnel up along the creek surface for natural air conditioning. The only reason I'm not staying FOREVER is my daughter needs a home near her school in Oside which I now have and plan to move into July 25th. Trailer ownership will not be available until then....but COME NOW and see as this trailer will sell QUICK! NEGOTIABLE: Patio set, fire pit and covered fire wood rack (with some remaining pine and oak logs), 55gal trashcan (full of sticks for kindling) shown in photos are not included but negotiable if wanted. NOTE: Picnic table in photos belong to the park...not included in sale.
