Wow just wow. This place is great!! My bf and I recently bought a car from these guys and the customer service was top notch. We went to several other places shopping around, and Journey was by far the most welcoming and accommodating! This family owned business made our car buying experience easy and fun. I just purchased a 2013 CRV with Journey Auto on Thrusday September 18, 2025.. I was told that the car I was purchasing was a great reliable car. To find out that the car was unsafe to drive, all four of the tires and rotors need to be replaced, Val gasket cover is leaking, and the struts are going to replace soon.. I got the car financed, I’m spending more on the car since I’ve bought it… they say they will help as much as they car… but to not at least send me to someone to get the car looked at before purchasing, they went forward with the sale to get rid of car. Knowing that the car was unsafe. I drove 400miles from driving  off the lot to the other side of Charlotte/Pineville area and Sunday to see my mother for birthday in which she lives an hour and half away from Charlotte I had the appointment set up for that following Tuesday to get look at all ready after I purchased the car… you guys could have encourage me to take it to somewhere near your lot to get it properly looked at before the sale, but that was not encouraged . As a seller I’m sure you know of the condition of the car when purchasing.. and it was pitched to me that I was in a road safe vehicle. I did not say that didn’t have the time, I wouldn’t have been able to take to who I get my car service where I live which is in Pineville area from the east side of Charlotte in a feasible time frame, again you could have encouraged me to have a pre-inspection from the mechanic .. (get the car looked at). You got the car inspected 7/23/25 with a faulty pass, from a some mechanic that you do a lot of business with as what I was told. I do believe you knew of the condition of the car, I have only had the vehicle for long 8 days and immediately informed you about what Triple A inform me, Triple A is not to sell service and maintenance… I’m a Triple A member. And honestly they have alway looked out for my best interests with service with the car I traded in to Journey Auto.. so to say that is false… your job is to sell safe cars… I understand that I got a used vehicle.. but the condition of the car was I did not know till 5 days after I was sold the car. I did not have any of my family members to call on behalf of me about the car you knowing knew needed those safety repairs. By law you guys sold me a unsafe car, encouraged me to get gap insurance because underlining you know the car was unsafe to drive… and with 29 years of being in business I’m sure you have knowledge of cutting corners to make it beneficial for your company and not customer

Great experience purchasing my car with Journey Auto. My salesman, Jacob, was extremely helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and cooperative. I was on my last leg of searching and close to losing hope but Jacob was able to find the perfect car for me that I’m overjoyed to call my own. Every process was quick and responsive. It felt as though the people of Journey really cared about me and what car I was interested in. Huge thank you to Journey, seriously.
