I am selling my 1965 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SuperSport Convertible (138 car)(Total made 7995), 80,000 original untouched miles. 283(L32 195hp) Engine runs great, only the carb has been replaced, the transmission was taken out rebuilt and put back in because it had a front seal leak, but still the original transmission to the car. Factory 10 bolt 3.08 non posi has had the fluid change, new gasket and full brake rebuild. The car is an original Crocus yellow (Y code) and was repainted back in 1989 per the last owner who owned it 45 years. Original Ivory interior (792 code), manual top works and is ok condition but we never drove with the top up. Rear seat stitch came apart in the center. It looks great for its age but does have a couple of bubble spots (see the pictures). Car has small surface rust spots (see pics), super clean, originally built at the Baltimore Maryland plant and sold out of Bowling Green, Kentucky. The rims made in the USA Torque Thrust II’s, 18×7 with 225/45/18 in the front and 255/45/18’s in the rear with 90% thread life left. You can get in this and drive it across the USA, when I bought it and drove it from Tennessee to California with no issues. I just put a new power steering pump (still have the original pump that could be rebuilt) on it because it was starting to leak, and also replaced the lines. I have all the factory literature, owner’s manual, and 2 Broadcast sheets. You can get in this car and drive it across country with NO issues.
