Description

The water heater is 18 amps and heats water for a 3 bedroom two bathroom home with ease. Both showers can be going with endless hot water. The thermistor is broken on this one, it’s an easily switched out part (YouTube it) it’s literally just a part to detach from the circuit board and connect the new one. The problem is ordering it online it might take two weeks. I didn’t have two weeks so I bought another one and installed it, this why this one is for sale. This water heater is $780 at Home Depot brand new.
