2014 Land Rover Range Rover hse supercharged we help and was patient with me cause I looked at the car three or four months before buying  so had the pleasure of buying a suv from South Texas American Auto, and I can't recommend them enough! During the test drive, I noticed a small issue with the car. Josh and Brian were quick to address it, and without hesitation, they replaced the faulty part and covered the entire cost before I even signed for the car. This kind of customer service really stands out—it's clear they go above and beyond for their customers.

On top of that, I saved a ton of money compared to other places I had visited. If you're in the market for a car, South Texas American Auto is the place to go. Honest, reliable, and truly committed to making sure their customers are happy. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs!

A warning to most people who think this place is a value-dealership. The vehicles advertised may not be in the condition on their website.

About 2 weeks ago, I bought this vehicle under the assumption it was running as shown below, their website did not say the vehicle was a "mechanic special". Now, for the price of $800, I was assuming there were going to be some issues. Their photos on the website showed no visible damage on the exterior, a few nicks on the seats, and over all a decent car. When going to the dealership, I found out the vehicle did not have a functioning battery (used a jump pack to see if it would crank) and the dealership did not provide a battery.. The main windshield on the vehicle was cracked a decent way across and could be felt on both sides of the glass. Furthermore, the Driver Side window was cracked and the controls; after looking for the connections, were removed and wires cut. The lock for the driver side is also missing.

As someone who is mechanically inclined, most of these are easy repairs. What wasn't told to me that the PCM (aka "The Brain") of the vehicle was shot and would not allow the vehicle to continue to run long term. Which is a high cost repair (as this is handled by Repair Shops and Dealerships)  depending on what is needed to reprogram and how long it takes.

I will seriously warn anyone who see's this dealership to walk in with a mechanic and a few sets of eyes to look over any vehicle.

Also be warned, when I asked if it was possible to return the vehicle, I was then told it was a mechanic special and it was sold with no return policy (which was again, not advertised)

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle, the owner, to purchase a truck for my company, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the start, Kyle was incredibly resourceful and helpful. He really listened to my needs and found the perfect trucks that fit our requirements. What stood out the most was how straight to the point he was—no games, no pressure, just honest, efficient service.

I was looking for a reliable, roomy vehicle for me and my kids to enjoy on the weekends and these people really helped me out. Josh was great from beginning to end and made the car buying process so simple and easy with no pressure!
Kyle is the man!! and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted and stay within my budget. These gentlemen sell good cars for a great price and meet you where you are at, definitely recommended them if you want to be treated fairly and like a person!! 😁👍🏻
