EXCELLENT Unifiller Cake-O-Matic V2 Depositor w/ Hand Nozzle CLEAN

Up for sale is an extremely clean, tested/working Unifiller Cake-O-Matic V2 depositor with multiple accessories/attachments. This machine is serial number CM2-2319-3. According to Unifiller it was manufactured in 2001. This Cake-O-Matic was just taken out of storage, tested, and then fully disassembled for cleaning. It's nearly spotless and ready to go to work. I do recommend that as with all foodservice equipment, you should clean/lubricate/service the machine to your own personal standards before putting it into service. I have simply cleaned the machine carefully as a baseline for you to prepare it to go back into service. At a minimum I would recommend new O-rings and lubrication where applicable. This Cake-O-Matic includes a hand depositor, foot control, and multiple attachments/pneumatic cylinders as pictured. I do not have the cake turntable or the icing nozzles -- you will have to source those separately. The nozzles are custom-made to your exact cake specifications by Unifiller and they have off-the-shelf turntable options (small and large) as well. The flex hose for the hand depositor has been discarded, so that will also need to be sourced. Of course the hose clamps and end fitting are included. The machine was tested and deemed to be functioning properly. I am not a foodservice professional so I cannot state that it is in perfect condition, however it does look to be excellently maintained by its previous owner and of course is super clean. Sold as-is, you can save thousands and thousands of dollars versus buying one new! The machine is located in San Diego, California, just a few minutes from Downtown San Diego.
