Rustic Looking Pedestal Clock with Gears with Champs Elysees France Paris on the Face Condition: There is a small ding on the pedestal and also one on the front left side of the clock as well. I showed both in the pictures. Otherwise, it’s intentionally rustic looking. It keeps great time. Someone gave this clock to me so I’m not 100% sure what the gears are supposed to do. I’ve seen them spin, so I know they are functional, but they are not currently moving. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be spinning 24 hours a day a day or what. The only thing I can tell you is that they’re not currently moving. I’m not sure if that’s an issue or not. The top tilts up and down as seen in the pictures. Face says Champs Elysees France Paris.
