We have 2 separate mobile tote garage storage rack systems. One holds Home Depot 27 gallon totes and the other holds costco 27 gallon yotes. Well made,sturdy, and on wheels! Frame made with 4x4 lumber and attached with 6” headlok screws. Moves easily on (4) 4” castor wheels with locks. Holds 20 totes. This is not the cheap organizer made with a 2x4 frame that has to be attached to your garage wallto prevent it from tipping over. That can be built and sold for $350 if that is what you want.
