I bought this brand new from Ashley’s for $699 just a few years ago. It has been well kept in a smoke/pet free home. We gave my son the matching sofa, but his apartment was too small to fit both it and the love seat. Our bigger sectional is now in our home, and we have no where to put the love seat. Our loss is your gain! Make me an offer! You will need a truck and someone to help you load. We cannot deliver.
