Order arrived in time or earlier than expected and exactly what wanted.  Unfortunately one order I had to return only because it was not compatible with my application.  However;  when I called to order another type (lighting control) without mentioning, the assistant offered to return or refund the item.  I needed another one so I just did an exchange.  The shipping label was emailed to me I boxed it up and sent it back.  I’m waiting to hear from them when they receive the item (shipped today).  I will update when exchange it complete.  The sales and technical department were extremely helpful in resolving my issue and making sure I get the right item.  The below items in picture are the Chauvet ils flex sticks.  These things are awesome!  Highly recommend!

Amazing selection of products and fantastic customer service. Came here to pick up a set of pre-mounted Jico DJ Cartridges, which were advertised on their website. Called in advance to confirm they were in stock, the person who answered the call was very helpful. Drove to their DTLA location, found parking right in front, and Allan was super helpful and retrieved the item from stock right away. Super friendly staff, I will definitely return for any future DJ needs, these guys are the best! Support local businesses!!

I was in a jam and needed a Haze machine asap and couldn’t go pick it up. Alan and his crew were outstanding and went out of their way to make sure I got my gear. I was so grateful for their amazing service and really impressed with the way they were able to make it happen! 5 stars for sure!!!
