Description

The plates were often decorated with a 24-karat gold rim and were hand-numbered as part of a limited edition. These are vintage plates, mainly produced in the late 1970s and early 1980s The fine china plates were produced by Viletta China, a company based in the United States. A Friend in the Sky (1979): The first issue in the collection, featuring a child with a butterfly. Sand in Her Shoe (1979): The second issue, depicting a child on the beach. My Kitty (1980): A later issue showing a child with a kitten. Dawn (1980): An issue showing a child with a morning scene. Seashells (1980): A plate with a child collecting seashells.
