The flash recycles in 2 - 2.5 sec to offset waiting between shots, while flash duration is an action-stopping 1/3000 sec. Flash power is variable from 25 to 100% and the 150W modeling can be set to proportional to match the strobe power in use and allow you to preview the finished shot.
