Me and my wife bought this 2 years ago to remodel and use it, but we didn't get that far due to busy lifes, currently the flooring inside is new water-resistant lvp. the roof on the inside was replaced, and liquid nailed on the parts that were bad from the previous owner. The top was replaced on outside from factory with aluminum instead of the leaking bad fiberglass one had prior which was also recaulked by a professional shop, The cabnit doors I removed to prep for paint but never did ill even give you the paint can. This camper is a great start trailer for someone looking to remodel and paint and use it less then 1700lbs my 4cly tacoma tows it, no problem. It has lifetime tags, cranks up fine and was regreased, cables are fine the canvas is in great shape but we're selling it due to a baby on the way and no time for it, I have 2 sets of keys and pink slip in hand, its not perfect but literally just needs paint on cabnits & doors put back on, the inside roof painted and vinyl layed over the luin Wood on the rood inside or just paint it white, there's a double sized bed on one end and a queen on the other side, the table converts to a twin bed, it just small issues but need as much as I can get but willing to take a loss cause I need the money this is such a great pop up camper and I want someone who can enjoy it. Im asking 4500 o.b.o. There's even a mount for generator on the back welded on. I'll throw in with the asking price. it's a champion 4500 watt, I believe. And ill throw in the bars you crank up to hold the beds up on the outside to prevent sag on the lower end sides like everyone does to take stress off rail system, message me for more details if interested im located in rio linda.
