Exceptional Experience with Frank

My husband and I visited AutoNation Bellevue because he wanted to gift me a car — my first car in the U.S. We planned to test drive a few pre-owned BMW X3 and X1 models, but thanks to Frank, we drove away with a brand-new X3 instead.

As a long-time Mercedes loyalist who hadn’t driven much here, I wasn’t expecting to switch brands so easily. But Frank’s patience, product knowledge, and genuine interest in understanding our needs completely won us over. Unfortunately, we had an accident on a cross-country roadtrip: thanks to BMW’s support services, we were towed to this location, Uber to our hotel was taken care of, & the team took care of us with a 2 year warranty.

Our agent, Bill, was responsive & personable during the repair process. While the repairs were expensive, the customer service was stellar with Bill (with Saf’s efficient assistance) answering our questions, ensuring all details of our car were functioning properly, & we could return home to Denver. The facilities are light, open, & well-run. The effect of high-end luxury & performance is highlighted & appreciated.

I appreciated the communication from Matt. He kept me in the loop consistently. We had a difficult issue related to our hybrid battery that took sometimes the communication kept me at ease.
