Description

This is an American Leather brand foldout sofa with a Tempurpedic brand memory foam mattress. The bed is insanely comfortable - all of our guests have raved about how well they sleep. The sofa is 75” wide The upholstery is a dark, navy blue fabric. (American Leather is the furniture brand, the sofa itself is not leather.). It is in good shape in terms of no stains, etc. it is very slightly sun-faded (not sure you would notice just looking at it). Cushions are still in great shape - very comfortable for sitting. We used this as a guest room piece so it hasn’t received too much use.
