This is a remote controlled chair that allows for safe and easy entry and exit from a bathtub. I bought it several years ago to help with my mom who has dementia but she very shortly thereafter lost mobility- it was only used a few times and is like brand new It’s totally assembled and ready to use - it’s such a great tool and we loved it - so easy to take in and out of the tub, remote is waterproof and works great! Just a shame things changed so quickly Retails for around $500
