UPDATE: ROOF HAS BEEN REPAIRED !! 1995 Jayco 5th wheel trailer. For sure a fixer upper and she’s seen better days. I’ll start with the Cons first. She’s gonna need a big deep cleaning(especially the bathroom), ceiling to be replaced, cabinets to be replaced or addressed, front door window bracket broke(I still have the glass pieces), yes the roof leaks but I was able to fix the front proportion of it with some spray that mimics flex seal. I picked this up from an abandoned vehicle auction hosted by a tow truck thinking I’d have the time and money to renovate but I just don’t. Yes I do have paperwork for this too. Now for the pros, it has the original fridge and stove, newly redone wood flooring, has a futon, slide out, frame looks great, tires are fairly new, and all the other windows are in good condition. Priced to sell quickly and I have someone who can move it for you with a delivery fee, $1400 obo. I’m in the process of moving so I need it sold as soon as possible. Thank you.
