For sale is a excellent condition LG window unit for air conditioning and heat. It was used for literally the last month of the summer this year purchased brand new for ($799), though, we have since moved out of the residence it was needed at. It is roughly equivalent to a 1 ton unit but packaged in a window unit and has many functions most window units do not have such as Wi-Fi connection and Bluetooth to the phone and it also has heat, perfect for this winter. For a window unit of 18,000 BTU it has has amazing power and is one of the best window units for make and size that I found. This unit also comes with the wireless remote and all hardware needed to mount it. Including brackets and screws and also a 50 ft 12 gauge Romex wire bought brand new for $149 after tax, opened out of the package and only took the coating off the ends to be able to run it and connect it in order to leave the full 50 ft length without shortening it, it will also come with a double pole 30 amp breaker ($20) and a double pole 20 amp breaker both it calls for the 20 amp($20) but the 30 amp will still come with it just in case it's needed but 20 amp did work perfect for the time I had it hooked up. And also bought a 240 w receptacle($25) to go in place wherever you might be plugging it up at of a local receptacle nearby and the machine is a 230 w even though I bought 240 just to have the best function of the machine as possible. Everything purchased brand new and used for about a month.
