I stopped by this dealership this past day to look at a few of the vehicles on their lot. There is a bad reputation for car dealerships now more than ever, and because of this, I was VERY cautious at first.

I have to say though, this dealership is completely different from any I’ve encountered in the past. There was not 20 employees running around trying to sell you your own shoes. There were three gentlemen there, the owner and his two colleagues. I wasn't harassed and there weren't any shady tactics or closed doors. If you've ever looked at a used car on a lot - you know what I mean by "shady tactics". They were very knowledgeable and made everything easy.

In short: If you're looking for a vehicle this is where I recommend you go, and this is where I WOULD NOT hesitate to send family either. They're not going to sell you a lemon and they're upfront about everything.

Sometimes going to a small business is better than the BIG DEALERSHIP with overhead fees. This place sets the bar for other dealerships. Yes, they are a bit of a drive but worth it!! A hidden gem...

Me and my fiance mark just got a car from here and everyone we spoke with was amazing they was nice polite helped us with any questions and got us in a car the same day with a great down payment and even better payments. I walked in to the dealership this morning to possibly purchase a Ford F150 that was advertised on offerup. He was kind of crappie with his salesmanship. Did not want to come out and show us any vehicles. In fact the vehicle I went to buy had to key in it. The battery was dead. We explain that situation to him. He turned around and said he can get a battery. He'll put a battery in it so we could try it.  So we asked him to get the battery. We went out to the truck. He never came out there. My husband went back over there to ask if he can put the battery in it. And he says oh, we can't do it till Monday. So I said oh I guess he just lost the sale. So he shook his head. Smiled got in a car from the lot, as he was driving, i rubbed my arm (wondering if its a color thing because I happened to be black and the way his attitude changed the longer we were there) he a gave me a thumbs up. His name is Tim. I would not purchase a vehicle from that dealership seriously. Sad sad customer service, poor sale service the whole bit and I don't even know if he's the owner. If he is, he needs to be put out of business.

This is to the reply I received from your company. Your General Manager is Lying to you but I wouldn't expect anything less from him. As I stated I texted on offer up before I left my home in Silver Springs (being you weren't open on Sunday) that I was on my way to test drive the truck. When we got there the key  was in the truck no salesperson was in sight. I attempted to start the truck, the truck started to turn over so it wasn't completely dead. After looking at how beat up the bed, my husband and I walked around to see what else was there, still no one approached us or even let us know they were there if we had any questions. After looking around we walked into the office and I introduced myself and told him I was the one who messaged from offerup. Tim looked at me like I was stupid and said I didn't know you were coming. Offerup is a third party site that we have no access to or get info from. I explained we were here to see the 2007 Ford F150, however we attempted to start it up to see how it sounded and if the ac was as cold as claimed. We told him it wouldn't start due to the battery. Tim's reply was that's no problem we can put a battery in it real quick. So I said ok, let's get the battery. HE SAID NOTHING ABOUT BEING THE ONLY ONE THERE. Tim came out locked the truck up that we were looking at and walked away. (How do you consider that being good service, I understand you give your customers time not to be pressured, however he know we were looking to get the truck why would you lock it up). I thought he went to get a battery or a Jumpstart. My husband walked over after a while (cause we were waiting) to the car he was sitting in and asked about the battery. Then he said he couldn't get it till Monday. I am a retired police officer and dealt with the public, I am not from the hills and know the difference between being treated with respect or treated like trash. If he treated me with such respect, why when I RUBBED MY SKIN ASKING IF ITS A COLOR THING, WHY WOULD HE GIVE ME A THUMBS UP? If that's what you call respect you don't have a clue. And if he had no access to offerup how could he know I left a review 2 seconds after I left it (apparently he does lie), because he came running out to my personal vehicle and opened the door coming at me saying the color card, why would you pull the color card? Yes I'm not going to lie I was pissed after it seemed like he was still lying about the battery then really pissed when he gave me a thumbs up about the color thing. I will tell you I felt threatened and would have been justified if I punched him in the throat after he opened my car door coming at me. So I really don't care if you believe him I want to give all your customers a heads up about the treatment they may receive.

James and Matt were amazing throughout the entire process. We traveled from Georgia to check them out. They answered questions, gave us great information about the vehicle we purchased, was very polite, and just overall the best to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
