Did you know that Wayne Gretzky, “The Great One”, played for The St. Louis Blues for 31 games in 1996? Well, he did. This Upper Deck / Successories poster was commissioned during this brief period of time and is one of only 4,999 produced. It is hard to tell how many were actually sold during this time, but my teenage self managed to pick up this example. I’ve owned and displayed it continuously since. Unfortunately, I now must part with this rare piece of memorabilia. It’s in excellent shape and includes the original certificate of authenticity. The frame is also original and is in great shape as well. This is EXTREMELY rare as I have been unable to find any sales history for this poster with Gretzky in a Blues uniform. This is the perfect gift for any Gretzky completionist, Blues fan, or Hockey in general. Add this to your collection before the opportunity passes you by.
