2010 Coachmen 30ft liberty edition LIKE NEW

Price is negotiable a bit, I have it listed right in middle of estimated value for it condition This camper is like new condition for its age, I bought the camper to live in while my house was getting renovated from helene. We just moved back in our house so I have no use for it now, not going to answer a bunch of questions if you are interested come check it out in person it is a must see. I will list all the positives and negatives, one thing is you will not be surprised about anything I will let you know everything I fixed and found wrong with it in the 10 weeks of living in it Positives: Excellent shape inside and out you can telk it was hardly ever used (still has cleaning instructions sticker on tub) * roof has zero signs of leaks *Has a new power converter *Has a new Bluetooth receiver with a new sub *battery is less then a year old *good tires with minimal rust underneath *clean title and bill of sale (title is out of state) michigan, but I have the paperwork you need to resister in you name if wanted *has the original book and all the papers that show model and serial # for everything in camper *AC works excellent with bag of new filters that come with it *feels very open with slide out plenty of room compared to others I spent weeks searching and most feel cramped *comes with everything you need to go camping or live in (fresh water hose, hose to dump black water, new bag of leveling blocks,Wheel chocks *comes with sway bar for easier towing *propane works for the appliances I just never used it NEGATIVES *there ONE soft spot in whole camper I think it was from carpenter ants (had to kill them when bought) because I see no signs of water intrusion the spot is near slide out I have a piece of wood that I put there and couldn't even tell while walking *there is minor sign of water damage around living room window in places I only noticed it leak from there when there was sideways rain one night all the other times it rained never saw water, it is leaking from window though *fridge works but when on it leaks water at bottom once i noticed it I turned it off didn't spend time to see why,could just be the drainage is clogged I used a small fridge I had instead of camper fridge *all lights work in camper except 2 of them (switches are stuck) easy fix *water heater works great but after being on for 30 mins or more would trip breaker we would all shower then turn it off no problem *door to bedroom is off track I named all the negative things I found while living in camper they are all minor considering the camper Is 15 years old I searched for weeks before purchasing and there are alot of dishonest people out there that waste your time because it's never as described, one thing about this one there are NO surprises so if interested come check it out for yourself.
