I have a bike trainer which is typically used indoors. I purchased this trainer in 2023 and it still functions as well as the day I purchased it. I purchased for $80, selling for $40. In terms of what types of bikes it fits, probably most, but you would want to check the Amazon page for this and I will post a link below.
