Not the standard "in a box" swingset. Built to last, usin the best options for lumber, hardware, & all other components. The structure is 12 feet wide at the top & 16 feet at base × approx. 8 feet deep × 7 feet tall. It's currently partially dismantled, for hauling, but can be constructed fairly quickly & easily. -All structural lumber is pressure treated. -8ft × 10ft retractable awning (w/hand crank) -Brand new galvanized hardware on all powder-coated brackets. - 2, (almost new), commercial grade swings with stainless steel chain & shackles -1 "Littletikes" toddler bucket swing w/ safety harness. - Two piece 8 foot plastic slide. -wooden safety rail around slide platform - plastic pirate's wheel & telescope All components are free of defects, cracks, splits, or damage of any sort, other than some sun-fading to awning's fabric. Nearly $800 to build new just over a year ago. Need to make room for pool. Will take 2 men and a truck to manage/haul.
